TATAK INDIO: A Facebook Live Show for Filipinos Around The World

Kayako is launching TATAK INDIO, a Facebook live show for all the Filipinos around the world. It will be a series of dialogues, featuring inspiring and empowered Filipinos. It will give you a glimpse of different stories—tales of diaspora, hardships, wins, and inspirations. TATAK INDIO aims to inspire more Filipinos to pursue a life worth telling—full of adventures, creativity, and empowerment. 

For every episode, we want you to feel and say: “Kaya ko.”

For July, stay tuned for the very first episode of TATAK INDIO. It will be hosted by KAYAKO's co-owners, Junie Sorsano and Jade Daryanani, as they speak with kabayan guests based all over the world and listen to their inspiring stories.

 The first episode will be on JULY 11, 2020 at 2PM, Dubai Time, on KAYAKO's Facebook Page.

July 11 – Tatak Indio with Iñigo Jaldon

For TATAK INDIO’s first show, it will feature tattoo artist based in Siargao, Iñigo Jaldon. He will share his “why” behind tattoo artistry that heavenly inspired by the Philippine culture. He's also the newest designer of the Kayoko team, the man behind Kayako’s upcoming limited-edition Philippine mythology watch collection (Eagle Collection) on Malakas and Maganda.

July 25 – Tatak Indio with Jan Elaine Soriano

Jan Elaine Soriano is a self-taught Filipino artist, based in Canada. As a full-time Ph.D. neuroscience student, she still finds time to express her creativity with paintings that exude the calming tropical life in the Philippines. With lively colors that captures the simple bliss of a Filipino life and with playful paintings of plants, she blooms with inspiration. On TATAK INDIO, we find out her creative process and how she balances the science and art.
