RETURN POLICY

Before shipping your return, email us at  hello@kayako.ph to receive the return instructions and authorisation.

Product Inspection

As a part of our return process, our team will check and verify that the watch in its entirety is in perfect condition. If the item passes inspection, a full refund will be issued. Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, a copy of your delivery note along with all accessories and free of charge gifts.

If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval. However, in case the watch fails our inspection by showing any signs of usage or damage, we will not be able to issue a refund and it will be returned to your shipping address.

Please remember:

  • The item(s) should be in its original packaging, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories and free gifts.
  • For returns, delivery charges may apply.

Return tracking

When returning an item, please select a reliable shipping method with a tracking number so that our team can follow up with the package until we have received it. For instances wherein no tracking number is provided and the item is not received by our team, we will not be able to issue the refund.

Issuing a refund

For purchases paid via cash or Paypal, the refund will be made through an active PayPal account. This ensures that the refund is immediately made after it has been issued. For purchases with a credit card, refunds usually take 2-6 business days to clear. If you don’t receive it after the given days following the release of the refund, please let us know at  hello@kayako.ph
